How do I search for pending DRRs

Due diligence will often include a search on SPIN II for pending document registration requests (DRRs) at the Land Titles Registry. Through the Titles Action, a search for pending DRRs is conducted when “Check DRR” is clicked.
To search for pending DRRs on SPIN II, complete the information in the Search SPIN II section. For this feature to function, you will need a Land Titles Account. You’ll enter your SPIN II user name and password to access and download the title.
The pending DRR search can be saved as a PDF document and can be accessed in the Documents Action.
