How do I add a surveyor for a real property report to a matter

Prolegis has a user driven database of surveyors.  Once a surveyor is added to a file, that surveyors contact information is available in the communication tools and that information is available for the completion of documents.  

To add a surveyor, go to the Contract Action and begin typing the name of the surveyor in the Surveyor field.  If you see the surveyor you are looking for, click on the name of the surveyor.  If you do not see the surveyor, you can add the surveyor by clicking the +Add button.  That surveyor's information will then be included in the user driven surveyor database.

To see the database, go to the Real Estate menu on the left hand side of the app, click Ancillary Companies, then Click Surveyor Companies.  In this screen you can add or edit surveyors.
